Meet Our
Founder & CEO
Ira Sogani is the brain and heart behind Duatax. She is also an Enrolled Agent, a federally-licenced tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Once a freelance tax accountant, she noticed a growing issue. Many nonresidents and global entrepreneurs, attracted by the simplicity of one-size-fits-all tech driven company formation and tax services, would find themselves unintentionally noncompliant with tax and legal requirements, facing unforeseen complexities in the process.
Inspired to offer specialized support, she founded Duatax as the first and last stop for anyone seeking help with nonresident US taxes, or business formation and compliance services.
